Questions We Answer
Before You Ask
The questions that decide a sourcing relationship. Answered precisely, without filler — because your procurement timeline does not have room for vague responses.
Standard orders start from 5kg — a low entry point specifically designed to let new clients verify quality at commercial scale before committing to larger volumes. Custom OEM and private label orders carry different minimums depending on specification complexity; our team will confirm the applicable MOQ in the first response to your inquiry.
Yes. Every shipment includes our in-house Certificate of Analysis covering CIE L*a*b* colour, particle size distribution, moisture content, and heavy metals. Third-party testing through SGS or Eurofins is available on request and can be arranged for specific markets or buyer requirements. Reports are issued per batch and available for review before shipment.
The difference is in the kill-green (fixation) process. Chinese-style uses ultra-high temperature hot-air fixation at 380°C — this removes low-boiling aromatic substances (grass flavour) and produces a bold, persistent roasted aroma ideal for bakery applications. Japanese-style uses steam fixation at a lower temperature — this retains fresh amino acids, natural sweetness, and a brighter jade colour, making it ideal for premium beverages and ceremonial use. We operate both lines on the same site.
Yes to both. Our OEM service covers custom grind fineness, moisture targets, blended flavour profiles (floral, jasmine, rose, oolong base), and origin-specific sourcing. For private label, we work with your packaging designer or use our in-house team to develop branded packaging in 1kg, 5kg, and 25kg formats. Minimum volumes for custom specifications vary — contact us with your brief and we will confirm feasibility and MOQ.
Samples are dispatched within 7 business days of specification confirmation via international express courier. Delivery to the US typically takes 3–5 business days; Europe 3–7 days. Each sample ships with a full COA and relevant certification documents. There is no charge for standard samples — we consider it part of the sourcing process.
Yes. Our organic series is certified under USDA NOP, EU Organic (EC 834/2007), JAS Japan Organic, and China Organic — covering 150 hectares of dedicated organic tea garden, processing facility, and handling operations. Organic Trade Certificates (TC) are issued per shipment and are available for buyer review. We can provide specific certification numbers on request.
Guaranteed. Samples and bulk orders are produced using the same batch process and the same tea garden source. We issue side-by-side COA comparisons for sample versus bulk batches so you can verify the match quantitatively — not just visually. This is a standing commitment, not a case-by-case assurance.
Standard packaging is available in 1kg, 5kg, and 25kg nitrogen-flushed aluminium foil bags — sealed in a FSSC 22000 clean room. Custom packaging (sizes, zipper formats, printed bags, boxes) is available with OEM orders. All packaging is designed to maintain product integrity at ambient temperature for a minimum 24-month shelf life from production date.
Yes. We export to 15+ countries including the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. We have established freight relationships and experience with FDA import requirements, EU customs documentation, and halal/kosher certification requirements for Middle Eastern markets.
We hold seven active certifications: USDA Organic, EU Organic, China Organic, HALAL, and ISO 22000 underpins our entire food safety management system. Certificate copies are available on request and included with every sample pack.
